Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Article 1 (Introduction)

MSKdev (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regarding the handling of user information and conditions of use for the iOS application "MultiBrowser" (hereinafter referred to as "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Information Collection and Use)

The App may access or use the following information. However, all such data is stored locally on your device. The Developer does NOT collect, view, or share this data on any external servers.

• Input Data: URLs, site names, memos, tab settings, and passcodes entered within the App (used solely for providing App features).
• Location Information: Accessed only when requested by websites you visit via the browser function (WebKit) to ensure normal operation (e.g., maps).
• Billing Information: Purchase status managed securely via Apple's StoreKit for Pro plan features. The Developer does not have access to your credit card information.

Article 3 (Third-Party Services)

The App functions as a web browser. The collection and handling of personal information on external websites accessed through the App are governed by the privacy policies of those respective websites. The Developer assumes no responsibility for external sites.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

When using the App, users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to decipher the source code of the App.
• Disabling or attempting to bypass the security features of the App.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App.
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer.

If any prohibited acts (especially unauthorized analysis such as reverse engineering) are discovered, the Developer may suspend the user's access to the App (including Pro plan rights) without prior notice and may claim damages.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will operate flawlessly on all devices or OS versions. The Developer is not liable for any data loss, device malfunction, or trouble with third parties arising from the use of the App. Pro features (such as PDF saving or passcode lock) may be subject to operational restrictions in the future due to iOS specification changes.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms become effective when posted within the App or on the website.

第1条（はじめに）

MSKdev（以下、「開発者」といいます）は、スマートフォン向けアプリ「マルチブラウザ」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いおよび本アプリの利用条件について、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（収集する情報と利用目的）

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得・利用する場合がありますが、これらのデータはすべてユーザーの端末（スマートフォン）内にのみ保存され、開発者が外部サーバー等で収集・閲覧・共有することは一切ありません。

• 入力データ：ユーザーが本アプリ内で入力したURL、サイト名、メモ、タブ設定、パスコード等（本アプリの機能提供のため）
• 位置情報：ブラウザ機能（WebKit）を通じて、ユーザーが閲覧しているWebサイトが位置情報を求めた場合のみ（マップ機能などを正常に動作させるため）
• 課金情報：App Storeの決済システム（StoreKit）を通じて行われる課金ステータス（Proプランの提供・復元のため。クレジットカード等はAppleが管理し、開発者には共有されません）

第3条（サードパーティサービスの利用）

本アプリはインターネットを閲覧するためのブラウザアプリです。ユーザーが本アプリを通じてアクセスした外部のWebサイトにおける個人情報の収集・取り扱いについては、当該Webサイトのプライバシーポリシーに従うものとし、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリのプログラムを改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルする行為、またはソースコードを解読しようとする行為
• 本アプリのセキュリティ機能を無効化、または回避しようとする行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

万が一、これらの禁止行為（特にリバースエンジニアリング等の不正解析）が発覚した場合、開発者は事前の通知なく当該ユーザーの本アプリの利用（Proプランの権利含む）を停止し、損害賠償を請求する場合があります。

第5条（免責事項）

開発者は、本アプリがすべての端末やOSバージョンで正常に動作することを保証するものではありません。本アプリを利用したことによるデータの消失、端末の不具合、第三者とのトラブル等について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。Proプランの機能（PDF保存やパスコードロック等）は、iOSの仕様変更等により将来的に動作が制限される可能性があります。

第6条（規約の変更）

開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内またはWebサイトに掲示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
